Billy initially roasted himself in the caption. "Man I need to look in a mirror before I leave for these dinner parties! Ah well I look as insane as what this dinner is gonna be!"
A fan replied, "Why didn't you accidentally spill your drink on her? But then what a waste of a drink?"
Billy replied, "pouring your drink on someone is as low as Martha's IQ".
