When you’re at school, it’s easy to feel like it’s the be all to end all.

The cliques, the crushes, the unofficial ‘who’s cool and who’s not cool’ lists ­— it can all feel like the end of the world when you’re in the middle of it.

But twins Teagan and Sam Rybka are here to remind you that there’s a big, wide world waiting for you outside the school gates — and who you are within them doesn’t define you.

However, that hasn’t necessarily always been the case.

In Girlfriend’s The Beauty Boss podcast, they shared the one piece of advice they’d give to their 16-year-old selves.

“What happens at school does not matter once you’re out of school, so don’t stress,” the twins, who are now 24, said.

“Once you’re out of the school, everyone’s the same and it doesn’t matter of you were cool or not so just breeze on by.”
