MAC Cosmetics just learnt one very embarrassing lesson after Manny MUA Guiterrez called them out for not doing their job properly.
ICYMI, beauty vloggers Laura Lee and Gabriel Zamora have a new lipstick collab with MAC but you probably did miss it because the beauty giant didn’t even promote it!
Manny obviously realised what was going on (or not going on, more like it) and he WENT IN on them for not giving their new partners more love online.
But guess what? Only a few hours later, MAC responded by posting about the collab on their official Insta account, writing:
“Our fabulous friends and their fabulous new lippies! 💄 #MACxLarLarLee and #MACxGabrielZamora are available now in the US of A. 🌎 Stay tuned for more unique shades, coming soon to select markets! @larlarlee @thegabrielzamora”
The next day they even held a giveaway (which has now closed) further promoting the “#MACxLarLarlee” and “#MACxGabrielZamora” lippies.
And it looks like the extra promotion worked because it’s all sold out!
It’s a shame MAC needed a kick up the a** to do it though.
