Kylie Jenner just had some major beef with makeup artist and ~personality~ Jeffree Star, as he revealed to the public that she took him off her mailing list for Kylie Cosmetics.
Now, his makeup BFF Manny MUA is reviewing her latest weather-themed collection, and he’s being super honest.
He said that “the collection is really, really pretty, it’s very very cohesive,” but added that “there’s definitely some things I would change about the collection personally.”
What he loved: the highlighter palette and the lipsticks. He even called them both “wins.”
What he didn’t love: the Calm Before the Storm and Eye of the Storm palettes.
“The more I played with them, the more I wasn’t the biggest fan, to be honest. For me, both these palettes were not really a win,” Manny said. “I just didn’t like the colour scheme for these, personally.”
At the end of the video he admitted how important it is to be honest with these reviews.
“I’m a beauty person on YouTube and I’m very, very, very hyper-aware of things and I like to dive into products and just really go in and hone in on products – whether I think they’re worth the money or not… And if some people don’t like that I’m sorry or if brands don’t like that, I’m sorry, but that’s just kind of what it is.”
