Maisie Williams has officially joined the likes of Miley Cyrus and Barbie Ferreira in embracing one of the biggest beauty trends of 2020.
Earlier this week, the 23-year-old Game of Thrones and X-Men: The New Mutants star visited Bleach London’s SoHo headquarters and fancied a new look. There, curl up and dye hair stylist @freddie.yeah on Instagram gave her a total ‘business in the front, party in the back’ beauty makeover!
That’s right, Maisie has replaced her bangs with a banging hairdo ripped straight off a rock album cover in the ’80s—specifically, a one blond shaggy mullet. In the post revealing Williams’s new ‘do, the actress wore a cute pair of denim overalls and a grey tee with an appropriate chic black patterned face mask.
“Mullet for My Valentine,” the caption read, apparently a reference to Bullet for My Valentine, a popular Welsh heavy metal band from the ‘00s.
Maisie certainly loves her new hairstyle (and so do we), commenting on the post, “dreams rly do come true.”
The former Game of Thrones actress previously rocked a straight fringe with a blunt bob and bangs, experimenting with pastel pinks and dark browns.
