Despite the persistent accounts that Kylie Jenner’s business Kylie Cosmetics actually isn’t as successful as the 22-year-old claims, the Kardashian fam’s makeup still seems to be in huge demand. After a long wait, fans have finally gotten a first look at the Kendall Jenner x Kylie Cosmetics collection. This sister collab has been highly anticipated: so far Kylie has collaborated with all of her sisters except Kendall. Saving the best for last maybe?
It could also be because Kendall was busy with her own commitments in the makeup world. Kendall was previously in a contract with Estée Lauder, as one of the younger faces of the classic brand, and may not have been allowed to collab with other cosmetics brands.
On Thursday night, the makeup mogul shared the first look at Kendall Jenner’s collection and while it was brief, it looks pretty slick.
The packaging for the ‘Kendall by Kylie Cosmetics’ collab features a closeup image of Kylie and Kendall’s face. They’re wearing a classic Kardashian glam look. Think soft, matte brown smokey eyes with a subtle liner and brown-toned lipsticks.
Previous sneak peeks have teased lipsticks, compacts and baby pink, orange and gold packaging. Both Kylie and Kendall are wearing the collection in the video they shared, so you can expect orange, yellow and neutral colours.
