If you’ve been itching for some new ink during isolation, you’re not alone. At some point in the last couple of weeks, model Kaia Gerber has added another dainty tattoo to her collection. And no, unlike her attempt at a DIY stick and poke tattoo, this one is not a single dot that she did on herself.

The fresh-ish ink was spotted when Gerber was running errands (picking up juice, to be exact) with her sweet puppy. The classic iso-fit of activewear and a mask meant quite a few of her little tatt designs were on display. The new tattoo is on her right arm and is a simple, black “444” a little above her elbow. The other of which was cradling the puppy. Again, can’t stress enough that we should enjoy looking at that cute creature too. Have a swipe below for a peek and get ready to zoom in.
When it comes to deciphering the meaning of Gerber’s new tattoo, there’s a bunch of different possibilities.
Some believe that it’s an angel number: “444” is meant to symbolise and strengthen the energy that’s already inside of us. It’s intended to inspire us to get moving and find what things make us passionate and driven in life, which we guess most people could use after a very wobbly first half of the year.
That said, it could also just be there because it’s a pretty popular design, she liked the artist or just thought it looked cool. Sometimes, it’s not that deep.
Gerber has another number tattoo on her elbow, “23,” which symbolises her modelling career beginning, a little heart tattoo on her shoulder and an angel on her left rib cage among many others in her collection. Wonder what’ll be next?
