Emma Chamberlain is no stranger to a box of hair dye. The fashion influencer and VSCO girl of our dreams has documented a bunch of her hair changes on her hilarious YouTube channel over the years but now we’re seeing a totally new Emma. In a recent Instagram post, the 19-year-old has revealed that she’s gone blonde.
Chamberlain debuted her new blonde colour with some v cute film photos. Wearing a bang-on-trend white racer-back style crop top and orange pants, we nearly forgot she used to be brunette with how natural this looks on her. As much as we’re advocates for an impulse DIY bang trim—it all grows back!—this looks like a professional job right here. 🤔
Chamberlain has previously rocked a few on-trend hairstyles, including her own version of ’90s chunky highlights. Instead of starting at the centre of her hair, she wore her blonde streaks starting from around her temples, which might actually be an easier way to wear it, slightly less obvious regrowth, you know?
After that, we also saw her in a full-on reverse Top Deck bar mode. Brunette on top and blonde underneath. It looks like this whole time she’s been moving slowly toward the sunshine-coloured hair end goal. In this case, it looks like slow n steady won the race because Chamberlain looks incred.
