Modern Family star Ariel Winter just revealed she’s gone platinum blonde. And, not only are we in love with it, but she looks like she was taken straight out of Game of Thrones (Khaleesi who?).
Winter revealed the new hairdo in an Instagram post over the weekend, wearing a cute pair of baby blue denim jeans and a floral printed singlet (a perf summer fit, in our opinion). Lounging about in the shade in her backyard garden palace, she looked exactly like the queen we know she is.
To make the comparison even more obvious, she captioned it with the iconic Game of Thrones quote, “Winter is Coming,” leading many to claim that her new hair colour means she deserves to sit on the Iron Throne.
Many, like her boyfriend Luke Benward, were quick to draw the comparison to Emilia Clarke’s character in HBO’s hot fantasy drama Game of Thrones, Daenerys ‘Khaleesi, Mother of Dragons, Lady of Dragonstone, Breaker of Chains’ Targaryen. Others simply think she’s “the baddest,” “a literal queen,” and that, perhaps this may be her best hair yet?
Earlier this year, the 22-year-old actress went from her natural black hair to bronze.
