“Instagram is not what it looks like to people and you don’t wake up looking glamorous,” Simpson told Gold Coast Bulletin. “I think it’s important for people to know you aren’t always living the high life and that people can be dealing with internal and personal struggles.”

What’s your go-to beauty routine?
“I love keeping my routine simple, using all high-quality products and making sure my skin is always cleansed,” Simpson told us. “When it comes to makeup, I love experimenting with new looks and always creating something new and fun.”

“Drink water,” Simpson stresses. “Best thing you can do for your skin.”
How has your relationship with your body and beauty changed since seeing yourself on TV?
“When I was younger I used to be really hard on myself and my body and looks. But as time goes on I’ve really settled into being at peace with just being happy from the inside out. There’s only one you so you may as well make the most of what you’ve got baby!!”
How has your experience with dating changed since you’ve been catapulted into fame?
“I think my dating life was definitely affected when I was younger & first getting into entertainment but I am a relatively private person so I just do me and look for real, genuine connections.”
If you could choose one song to soundtrack your life up and till this moment, what would it be?
“This is too hard,” she laughs. “I feel I have a new soundtrack every single day, haha.”
