Over the past week, Grande has given her first Instagram shoutout to Gomez since featuring him in her ‘Stuck With U’ video. During one of the weather report parody videos Grande and Lady Gaga have been filming for the release of ‘Rain On Me,’ Gomez can be seen helping to create the fake rain over Grande.
A source has revealed to Entertainment Tonight a little about what the new couple’s relationship has been like for the past three months. Apparently, Grande is “in a really good place,” with Gomez. “Ariana has had some hesitation being so public about her relationship with Dalton as she’s seen how that has worn on her past relationships,” explained the source.
Grande’s kept her relationship with Gomez quite quiet so far, sharing in an Instagram story in April that it was a conscious decision. “Sharing special, personal life things that make u happy on the internet can be truly traumatic,” Grande explained. "I know I’ve taken a step back from doing so to protect my loved ones and myself.”
Quarantine seems like it’s been treating Grande and Gomez well, with the pair treating it as a “great opportunity for them to spend quality time together.” Gomez also attended a peaceful protest with Grande, because what’s more romantic than trying to better your community and stop injustice? We couldn’t think of a more appropriate use of the time.
