Sarah was made to undergo surgery for kidney dysplasia, and has a large scar stretching across her body because of it.
She's added the hashtag #showyourscars, which just proves that you should be loving yourself no matter how you look or what's on your body.
No way was her scar going to stop her taking this 10/10 glamour shot.
If there's anything this photo proves to us, it's that your differences shouldn't ever stop you from believing in your beauty and living your best life.
Needless to say Sarah's followers loved the empowering photo.
