Posting an emotional message on Instagram yesterday, Pete explained how for the past 9 months, the world and internet have done everything they can to make him kill himself.
"No matter how hard the internet or anyone tries to make me kill myself. I won't," he wrote.
He explained how for so long he stayed quiet, so we're wondering what pushed him over the edge to post the message on social media.
Well, we think we found it.
Just recently, a Twitter user explained how waitstaff played Ariana Grande's "Thank U, Next" over the speakers when Pete was inside, on a date.
"The Waiters at Cafeteria just did Pete Davidson so dirty," they wrote, alongside a video.
One skeptic replied saying, "or it just randomly came on," but the fan replied, "nah we had the same wiater and he specifically stated that he put it on because pete was there lmfao."
"I've been getting online bullied and in public by people for 8 months," Pete explained in his post, which tbh, describes this situation perfectly.
While it can be easy for people to laugh at a situation like Pete and Ariana's failed relationship, it's important to remember that they are human too, and anybody going through such heartbreak doesn't deserve to be beaten down at any chance they get.
After Pete posted his message, Ariana herself made sure she told her fans to back off and leave him alone.
"I care deeply about Pete and his health. I’m asking you to please be gentler with others, even on the internet," she explained.
