"I do all those three alternate, work out on my own and go for a jog. Its making sure you stay active and have fun doing it and not over stressing it because that might create the anxiety. Just chill!"

I just tried to say away from processed food. I feel like I have been working out so much I can eat what I want. I like to do it that way."

"I don't even [prep] as intense as some girls because I am naturally so skinny that I wanted to put on weight and tone it because I am very tall, and I do high fashion so I wanted to gain weight, which is kind of the opposite of what you would think. Some of my friends, wow, they were on liquid diets. I was just like, 'That is dedication.'"
