Everyone's fave sassy dance teacher, Abby Lee Miller has been sentenced to a year and a day in prison after being found guilty of bankruptcy fraud and illegally taking money into the US.
The former Dance Moms star was charged in 2015 with trying to hide $775,000 of income while filing for bankruptcy.
She was also found guilty of illegally carrying money across the Australian border into the US by asking friends to hide her $$$ in their luggage.
Miller was initially looking at a $5 million fine and five years behind bars but her defense team managed to drop it down to one year, claiming that she deserves probation rather than prison as she paid off all her debts once she was caught.
While appearing in court, the reality star blamed the incident on her inexperience as a business woman.
"I am very sorry for what I've done," Miller tearfully said in court.
"I can only assure you that I will never be before a criminal court again."
The judge responded with: "Somehow you got caught up in this world of fame and got sidetracked and you lost your moral compass."
Abby-Lee will report to a prison facility near Los Angeles in approximately six weeks, Deadline reports.
She will also have to pay a $40,000 fine and a $120,000 judgment.
