ALERT: There's A V Good Chance That Tyler Posey Will Star In The 'Teen Wolf' Reboot
Teen Wolf fans collectively LOST IT last week when MTV president Chris McCarthy told The Hollywood Reporter that a TW spin-off was in the works.
But as with most spin-offs, it's not always likely that the lead cast will take part, especially for a show like Teen Wolf that has been on the air for seven years.
However, in a new interview with E Online, lead star Tyler Posey revealed that he'd be keen AF to star in the spin-off.
“I would love to be a part of it,” he said. “I want to be a part of everything Teen Wolf.
He continues, “I just think it’s really cool that we helped build what might be a legacy. Teen Wolf might be a name that’s carried around for years, and that’s really cool that we were the start* of it. I would love to be a part of the stuff after…”
When asked about the casting for the spin-off, MTV's president said that he would most likely be looking for a new cast because, well, it's called 'TEEN' Wolf for a reason.
BUT, correct us if we're wrong, but Derek wasn't a teenager. Right?
So Scott McCall could continue on as an advisor to the other characters.
