We're 3,000% sure that the internet had come up with better twists, plot lines and reveals for Pretty Little Liars than the actual writers did, so why wouldn't writers listen to the people?!
Camila Mendes, Veronica on Riverdale has just confirmed that in upcoming seasons, writers will be taking into account what the fans want, and it can definitely change the way things happen in the show.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, she revealed, "With things like Twitter, we can touch base and see what they like and what they don't like. So I think going into season 2 we really know what people are interested in. Now that we've put it out there into the world, we can expand on it and go darker and deeper."
DOES that mean zombies and witchcraft will pop up in season 2? Both have been HUGELY popular online, so...???
She also revealed that the show was "going to unpack so many things in terms of the relationships for season 2 because Archie's going to be going through this really traumatic experience and Veronica's going to have to be there to help with that burden."
#DARKARCHIE.
But what this really all means, is that if fans rally together and really love a fan theory, it could definitely play out on the telly.
Welcome to the future, where us mere mortals literally run the world.
