Court documents obtained by Radar Online via Austin County Court revealed that Scott's father Jacques Webster has a long history of drug abuse and was most recently arrested on October 23, 2016 after illicit substances were found in his possession during a traffic stop.
Webster confessed to local authorities that the substances belonged to him.
The rapper’s father was ordered to pay $10,000 in fines, $270.48 in court costs and $180 in restitution.
Radar also learned that he was previously arrested for possession of a controlled substance on January 2, 1987.
“[Webster] did then and there intentionally and knowingly possess a controlled substance," court documents confirm.
Webster pled not guilty to the charges but was later found guilty and sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Corrections.
His sentence was suspended and he was placed on 10 years probation instead.
