There was a bit of hope when the movie’s post-credits teased the return of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and showed Captain Marvel’s involvement too.
But the trailer shows a dark post-snap world, with the original six Avengers (with new additions like Rocket Racoon and Ant-Man) adjusting to life without their friends.
Avengers 4 will officially hit cinemas on May 3, 2019.
