It's what we've all been waiting for... the first look at Toy Story 4, aka, our childhood being reborn.
The trailer for the fourth installment in the franchise has been released, and we're introduced to a new 'toy'.
In the teaser, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, Rex, Slinky Dog, Hamm, and the aliens are holding hands and dancing in a circle as Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now" plays.
Toward the end, we're introduced to "Forky", a new toy which looks like a plastic fork with added arts and crafts stuck on it, like pipe cleaners for arms and stick on googly eyes.
Toward the end, he screams, "I don't belong here! Ahhhhhhh! I'm not a toy! Ahhhhhhhhh!"
The film's official synopsis says, "Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called 'Forky' to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy."
Tom Hanks who plays Woody has already spoken about the fourth movie, calling the end scene "a moment in history".
Time to get the tissue box ready.
