Locky had to return to his home in Perth, which happens to be the same hometown as MAFS Aleks. It was inevitable! They're reality stars, they were bound to slide into the DMs!
The pair allegedly met through mutual friends and have been 'socialising' ever since, whatever that means.
Recently, Locky accidentally featured in the background of Aleks' Instagram Live interview with boxer Kyron Dryden on Saturday.
He was quick to jump out of the frame before anyone managed to get a screenshot, but it didn't go unnoticed by fans!
The Survivor star also followed Aleks on Instagram.
Aleks denied there was anything romantic going on between them when The Daily Mail approached her for a comment.
"I was with Locky on Saturday night. He's a friend of a friend, super nice guy," she told the publication.
When Locky was announced as the new Bachelor, it was news to his very recent ex-girlfriend Brooke Jowett, who was with him on Survivor All Stars.
Writing a lengthy post on Instagram, Brooke has explained how she felt.
"My side of our story. Yes, I’m hurt and a little blindsided (excuse the pun) but I wish the best for Locky, I always will.
"I guess we had different things planned in our heads for what was to come over the next few months but you can’t be mad at someone for doing what they feel is best for them, even if it does sting a little.
"In no way am I or is my Survivor experience defined by Locky or any other man. I was never hiding in his shadow in the game and I won’t be hiding in his shadow now. But I will always cherish those times we shared, it was an amazing life experience."
"I know I have bigger and better things in store (maybe not bigger actually, Locky is pretty bloody big) but definitely better. I hope he finds what he’s looking for.
"P.S It looks like I’m now going solo to Bali next month. Any takers?"
That's right, the pair had planned a holiday together in April! Ouch.
