Justin Bieber's choice to not attend any awards ceremony may have just come to bite him in the butt, as there was a major trophy mixup in the mail from the Grammy Awards.
Bieber won his first Latin Grammy Award in November for working on the hit tune "Despacito", however the award was very delayed in getting to him.
Posting to Instagram, Carlos Escalona Cruz, (producer for Marc Anthony's album Marc Anthony for Babies) shared that he had received Justin's Latin Grammy in the mail by mistake, as TMZ reports.
"This is the funniest way to start #2018, I was expecting a #Grammy for @marcanthony for babies and I received @justinbieber Grammy for #despacito remix with @luisfonsi and @daddyyankee instead."
The producer told TMZ that he was "shocked" to receive the wrong award, and proceeded to contact the Grammys.
They told Carlos to send the award back to them so it could be re-sent to Justin.
