Ah, Snapchat Gate. It was perhaps one of the shadiest moments in the history of celebrity shade.
Super quick recap: Last year, Kanye West released "Famous", a song that contained derogatory lyrics about Taylor Swift.
After the song was released, Tay slammed the rapper, claiming that he did not ask her permission to use her name in the song.
Kim Kardashian then posted vids of a phone conversation where Taylor told Kanye that she's cool with him mentioning her on the track.
Thus, Taylor earned herself the nickname of: 'The Snake'.
After Snapchat Gate, Taylor low-key vanished from the celebrity world, only ever emerging to send shoutouts to her squad members on Insta and to release a song with Zayn for the 50 Shades Darker soundtrack.
And after laying low, Taylor finally returned this week by uploading snake videos to social media, leading peeps to believe that there's an incoming song about her 'snake' moniker and if the Twitter reactions are correct, Kim and Kanye should be VERY afraid.
“I don't know why but I feel like Taylor has the whole conversation and she is willing to expose Kim and Kanye. She is COMING!” One Twitter user wrote.
Another tweeted: “Taylor Swift just posted a cryptic snake video on her IG & I think it's something to do w/ her album that involves her drama w/ Kanye&Kim.”
As true Swities know, Tay always uses her life experiences as inspiration for her music and although she *tries* to be cryptic with her lyrics, we always know who she's shading (AHEM Katy Perry, John Mayer, Joe Jonas - the list goes on!).
Come on Taylor, spill that tea!
