ORIGINAL STORY:
Taylor's fans were given sweet, sweet vindication when they were proven right about their pop star idol after the leaked phone call showed that Taylor only approved of ONE lyric in Kanye's song 'Famous', that was inevitably changed anyway.
In the phone call, Kanye asks Taylor if he could use the lyric: "I feel like Taylor Swift might owe me sex."
This is NOT the lyrics: "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex, why? I made that bitch famous. God damn, I made that bitch famous."
While Twitter went off with the revelation yesterday, Taylor sat back quietly, now liking posts about the incident.
A quick scroll through her Tumblr likes will show that Taylor is enjoying her fans’ reactions. “WHO WAS TELLING THE TRUTH THE ENTIRE TIME???” one such post read, while another wrote “2016 me is not surprised.” The star also favorited a “Taylor told the truth moodboard,” along with a post about the “Famous” music video, which showed a nude wax figure of Taylor, which she never approved of.
The drama that went down in 2016 basically RUINED Taylor, when Kim Kardashian claimed that Taylor fully approved of the lyrics.
In an interview with GQ, Kim backed her hubby, saying that Taylor "totally approved of that [lyric]. She totally knew that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't. I swear, my husband gets so much shit for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved."
