Given the low-key nature of their relationship, Taylor and Joe are yet to comment on whether or not they are engaged. And, to be honest, we doubt they will. The 32-year-old singer and 30-year-old actor have been incredibly protective of their private relationship.
Taylor famously took a step back from the spotlight following her highly publicised splits from Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston (along with the "snake" drama started by Kanye West and Kim Kardashian).
When she returned to the industry with a new album, reputation, she was smitten with her new man and made her feelings known with tracks like Gorgeous and Dress.
Her most recent release (or rather, re-release) has been her album Red, rumoured to be about her ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal, who just recently responded to all the accompanying backlash.
Taylor met Joe at The Met Gala in May, 2016, and it's believed they began dating in October of that same year - though the first reports of their romance didn't surface until May, 2017.
In her acceptance speech at the 2021 Grammy Awards, the singer gave a rare public shout-out as she thanked him for being "the first person I play every single song that I write".
She added: "I had the best time writing songs with you in quarantine."
WE LOVE TO SEE IT. Congratulations to the happy couple!
