Tay’s ‘Wildest Dreams’ Video Is FULL Of Hidden Messages
Taylor Swift totally made our week when she released the retro music video for 'Wildest Dreams' the other day but it just got a whole lot better (which we didn't even think was possible!!).
We all know that Tay secretly dishes out boy advice in her lyrics, but turns out, there's a whole bunch of hidden messages included throughout her latest clip and the more you watch it, the more you discover!!
Yes, she looks babe'n as a brunette... and yes, Scott Eastwood is a TOTAL hottie, but we're kinda excited about all of Tay's secret references. Things like her BF, family and friends, and even many of her past epic vids.
So, in case you missed it, here are some of the hidden messages, thanks to many of Tay's stans on Tumblr...
1. Tay's babe'n BF, Calvin Harris, makes a surprise cameo... as a lion!! How do we know? He changed his Instagram profile pic to a lion the same night the video dropped!!
2. A close-up of the actors' chairs reveals the names Marjorie Finn, a tribute to Tay's grandmother, Marjorie Finlay, and Robert Kingsley, which is a combination of her grandfather’s first name and her father’s middle name. Nawww!!
3. This scene is a reference to bestie, Karlie Kloss, who Tay once described as a giraffe during a besties game... Ca-uuute!!!
4. All of these throwbacks to scenes from her other vids...
5. Remember the Speak Now album cover??
6. Of course she had to include her BEST album yet... 1989!!
