Chatting with The Daily Telegraph, Tammy said: "I have always had people say that, they just don't know that you can achieve that with working out.
Tammy does say (and we must reiterate) that not everybody can achieve a Kimmy K butt by doing numerous amounts of squats a day, and genetics have a huge role to play in that.
"Obviously it is genetics and you can't change your features but you can build muscle and shape and tone and all of that."
Tammy later insisted in an interview with Studio 10 that she has never edited her social media photos, especially to enhance her features.
"I hate when people accuse me of doing that. I take such offence to it because I worked so hard and it makes me annoyed."
Just an FYI - peep Tammy's before and after photos.
Tammy then explained her workout regime, and after hearing everything - including squatting 60kg without breaking a sweat - we can see how she's managed to make major gains.
"I do a lot of heavyweights. You're not going to build any muscle if you are not doing leg weights. I see a lot of girls doing cardio and this and that, it is not going to build any muscle really."
Where there you have it, Tammy is au naturel, so stop asking!
