But did you know that in Archie comics, Jughead has a secret identical family member? SOUND FAMILIAR?!!?!?!
What's better is that his name is Souphead.
Anyway, it seems almost too good to be true... the casting would be too easy, but unfortunately, Cole isn't into it.
"We've had people talk about Souphead, or whatever his name is," Cole said in an interview with E! News. "That to me is also one of those things that one, I'm hard-pressed to think Dylan [Sprouse] would ever say yes to and that I would ever approve of. And two, that would break fourth wall."
So salty Cole. Maybe he doesn't want to share his fans affections with his bro.
But, he does make a lot of sense. How would a random twin family member even fit into the plot line?
"We live in a universe where if Dylan came on as an identical twin cousin to Jughead, people would be like, what does this have to do with the drugs and the maple syrup barrel. It's just one of those things that would be so hard."
There are a lot of other questions that need answering before that could possibly happen anyway.
Like, say, the fact that Polly is about to birth a child made out of FREAKING INCEST (seriously, why hasn't this been explored more??), and of course, SPOILER ALERT who killed Fred Andrews?
But it's not just Dylan that Cole is against, it's anything ~musical~ as well.
If you haven't noticed already, basically every other character has had a music or dance number on the show... but could you ever imagine Jughead doing one? Neither could we.
"That is seriously the one thing that I have been like, please don't make me sing. I just survived a Disney career without singing. I don't want to, like, fall back in. I feel like i escaped, so if we could avoid it for as long as possible, that would be great."
Lol. Watch the full interview below.
