A video of a highly distressed Shawn Mendes' has surfaced online, and his fans aren't happy about it.
The video shows Shawn arriving at an airport, trying to get to his car to go home, but fans keep stopping him to take photos and give them a hug, making him nearly miss his car.
Of course, Shawn stops for every selfie and hug, while worrying that he needs to get to his car, but the fans aren't listening to him.
"for people who weren’t there yesterday and are very confused on what happened.... just take a look at shawns facial expressions and his words and overall how stressed and anxious he was getting," a fan wrote under the video.
Visibly upset, he tells the fans, "You guys aren't listening. I'm not gonna be able to get home on time," before the video cuts off.
Shawn has recently opened up about his anxiety after releasing his single "In My Blood."
"Make something as serious as anxiety tangible where everybody can listen to it and either connect with it or understand it," he told The Sun about the song. "Sometimes it lasts two hours, sometimes it lasts a day and sometimes it lasts five minutes. The point of the song is that no matter how long that lasts, you can come out the other end stronger and you come out of the other end always."
Hopefully the video will make fans more aware next time they run into him, or any celebrity.
