Celebrities are usually pretty good when it comes to fans invading their personal space (even though they should have to be) but footage of Shawn Mendes getting absolutely swarmed outside a gym in Sydney has fans calling each other out on social media for crossing a line.

Shawn is currently on his Australian tour and fans have been thoroughly impressed with his show (you can read our review of his Aussie concert HERE) but playing to a pack of screaming fans every night still wouldn't prepare you for being mobbed outside a gym.

When fans noticed their fav singer leaving the fitness centre in Sydney they quickly swarmed (as you do) but those on Twitter were ~very~ mad at the way it was all handled, and are now asking people - especially Shawn's Sydney fans - to respect his privacy.
