It's not the first time the Flip It Like Disick star has struggled with substance abuse, however, he has been sober for the past few years while dating Sofia Richie.
Scott last got treatment in 2017, when he was reportedly hospitalised. It wasn't long after that when Scott starting dating Sofia, who has been on-and-off with him for the past three years.
It has been rumoured recently that Scott and Sofia had been facing some troubles, with Kourtney, his ex, making a lot of hints online that she and Scott were back together.
For example, Kourtney posed in Scott's loungewear line, Talentless.
Scott was also spotted 'liking' old photos of him and Kourtney kissing on Instagram. Could the love-triangle be the start of this downfall?
