The phone, which is valued at $1,980, has finally arrived for tech journalists to test this week, and boy, has it been one big disaster.
Set for official release on April 26, users are already turned off by the screen that is a big old mess.
However, it might not be all bad. Part of the reason why the screen wasn't working for them was that they weren't meant to remove the 'film' across the screen.
But who WOULDN'T remove that film?!!?! Should a phone that expensive break when you remove a thin film anyway? Probably not.
Samsung has yet to respond.
