Tweeting a description of episode 9, he wrote, "Life goes on (for MOST of our series regulars) in Episode 9 #309 of Riverdale," followed by three emojis: the dice, a boxing glove and a skull & crossbones.
Killing a main character is a major move for the show, one that could either make or break the entire series.
