And as if you needed more "motivation" to watch the VMA awards next Tuesday, MTV has just announced the show's lineup of performers and, yes, your queen Normani is performing!

The former Fifth Harmony member has just reached peak 'legend' status when the music video for her song 'Motivation' hit the internet with one hell of a bang, winning herself a whole load of new fans and inspiring a new viral challenge.
So it would almost be deemed criminal if Normani didn't take to the stage to perform what's shaping up to be this year's summer song.
As well as performing, Normani is also nominated for Best R&B for the 6LACK-featuring "Waves."
Meanwhile, other acts such at Puerto Rican star Ozuna, Big Sean featuring A$AP Ferg and H.E.R will also be taking to the stage for the 2019 Video Music Awards.
The show will be hosted by comedian and actor Sebastian Maniscalco, so buckle up friends, Tuesday's going to be wild.
