After eight seasons (and a spin-off show called The Originals) we know that ultimately Damon and Elena end up together. However, that didn't stop E! posing the question to Dobrev.
In an Instagram post featuring actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley drinking together by a fire, the account posed the question: "POV: You're Elena on #TheVampireDiaries. Who are you choosing?" The account then tagged Dobrev, "Hey @nina...quick q."
Dobrev responded hilariously, writing, "@enews the bourbon 🥃😉." Well that settles it!
