Even their smallest reunions and encounters will always ignite that 1D flame within us, and Niall Horan has just sparked it once again.
It's been two years since the band officially went on hiatus, and even though we know there was definitely a hint of hot tea within the group, we still LOVE seeing our boys supporting each other today.
The newest show of love? Niall to Louis Tomlinson.
Louis was recently announced as the X-Factor's newest judge, and not even we could be more happy for him than Niall.
Niall is no stranger to sharing 1D love; all you gotta do is scroll through his Insta to see every meet-up and birthday post with one of the other band members.
We all need a hypeman like Niall Horan in our lives, tbh.
Even though eight years have passed since they were both on the X-Factor stage together, Niall has Tweeted about just how proud and happy he is for Louis.
Louis responded with a huge thank you to Niall, and we honestly just miss seeing these two hanging out on the daily.
He also tweeted a video of him talking about working as a new mentor for the show.
“I want to thank everyone for their support so far, it’s been nice.”
He also went on to chat about his new album.
“I just want everyone to not worry too much about the album — the album is still definitely my priority. This doesn’t change any release time, doing the show,” he said. “I come from the show, so it made sense for me to go on. I’ve been interested in mentoring … it’s something that’s been on my mind for a couple years. As soon as I got the news that it wasn’t going to affect my music, that it was going to help it, that’s when I started seriously thinking about it.”
If the X-Factor could give us the blessing of Niall as a guest judge, we would be forever grateful.
