The Bachelor runner-up Abbie Chatfield left the show heartbroken by Matt Agnew after he chose Chelsie McLeod instead of her. She also was left to face a barrage of slut-shaming from online trolls.

But the reality star seemed to be in better spirits earlier this week when she was spotted making out with Ali Oetjen’s Bachelorette runner-up, Todd King.

Cute couple much?

However, despite looking like the most loved-up couple ever, Abbie has confirmed that they are not dating.

“We’re good friends and have had a weekend together but that’s it! [It’s] nothing serious,” the 24-year-old told Mamamia

Alrighty then.

The rumours about Abbie moving on from Matt came after sources claimed that she was ready to move on from Matt and find love again.

“Abbie has been talking to multiple guys on Instagram including … last year’s runner-up from Ali Oetjen’s season of The Bachelorette, Todd King,” an insider dished.

Another source claimed that Abbie was bragging about her new man.

“I am dating someone, but I can’t say who it is,” she apparently said to another former Bachelor contestant. “I wish I could tell you, but I can’t.”

While Abbie and Todd definitely don’t look like just friends, we’ll have to take her word for it.

Especially after she penned a long essay about how unfairly she was treated on the show.

In the essay which was published on Whimn Abbie revealed she was bullied for three months after the show aired, admitting: “I never did anything mean to any of the women, beyond spilling the beans on the ‘dog c***’ saga”.

“I am not completely naïve. I knew that I wouldn’t be best friends with every woman in The Bachelor house. I am self-aware enough to know that I have a strong, sarcastic personality that can often be polarising. However, I did not expect to be targeted by my fellow bachelorettes, and subsequently by the public,” she wrote.

Abbie continued: “No one understood how Matt could be constantly hearing about my perceived flaws and keep handing me roses. The public and the media assumed that I must be some sort of master manipulator, all due to nothing but the sentiments echoed by the women in the house. No one thought that perhaps I was being unfairly targeted in an environment that breeds jealousy and suspicion. Matt saw me for who I was and that’s why I stayed.”
