The lovely Tayla Damir burst onto our screens last year in the first season of Love Island Australia.
And while there was plenty of dramz going down in the show, there was also a lot that was never put to air!
“There’s a few arguments that didn’t go to air – put it that way!” Tayla told Girlfriend’s Beauty Boss podcast.
“But obviously you’re filmed 24/7 so a lot goes on that doesn’t go to air but the good thing about our show was if anything they probably cut stuff out to make us all look better!”
According to Tayla, the producers did try to show the best of it’s Islanders.
“There was one time actually that I was walking with my coffee in the morning and a text came through and I got so excited that I tripped over and split the coffee everywhere,” Tayla said.
“They were like ‘Look, we’re just gonna do that again. Maybe just sit down this time.’”
Tayla also revealed that she wasn’t nervous about appearing on the show but she was worried that she wouldn’t meet anyone that she liked.
“I was more nervous in terms of whether I was going to like anybody in the house or if my personality would clash with anyone because obviously, it’s not the real world where you can just walk away from a situation, you’re stuck with these people – in a very small house mind you – for eight weeks straight and you don’t get to have that kind of runaway moment.”
