Recently, Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell revealed that she is pregnant with her first child, with Canadian actor boyfriend Matte Babel.

The star revealed the news in an epic YouTube video titled “Guess Who’s Preggers?”, revealing that she was already six months along in her pregnancy.
In fact, it marks the second pregnancy for the YOU star as she sadly had a miscarriage last year.
So does she have time for anyone shaming her? No freaking way.
Since the announcement, Shay has proudly shown off her belly on social media and has let her fans join her on this pregnancy journey.
Unfortunately, that means the star is open to a lot of criticism, which is exactly what she’s been getting.
In one post, Shay poses in a stunning two-piece bikini alongside her friend Alex Merrell.
While the majority of the commenters are complimenting Shay on her pregnancy glow, one user couldn’t wrap their head around her pregnancy. “How?? Is she married?” they asked.
Shay lovingly replied, “Not married, can you believe it still happened?!!”
Another person asked Shay about her “baby daddy.” The 32-year-old simply responded with the shrugging emoji.
The one seemingly very controversial post was a snapshot of Shay Mitchell‘s lunch. The actress posted a photo of a delicious spread of tomatoes, olives, breadsticks, and prosciutto. As it is known, deli meats are ‘off-limits’ to pregnant women.
“You shouldn’t eat that,” wrote a fan, with the pregnant lady emoji slid in for emphasis.
Shay jokingly responded: “Can I still have the wine tho?!”
According to the American Pregnancy Association, there definitely are certain foods that pregnant people should avoid eating, and cold deli meats/uncooked meats are included on the list.
Of course, alcohol is deemed unsafe to drink while pregnant, but we’re certain Shay was trolling the fan with that comment.
While we’re sure fans are commenting out of concern for Shay, we’re certain that she doesn’t need parenting advice from everyone on the internet.
We just can’t wait to meet her little bean!
