Shawn Mendes fans are pretending to be Shawn’s mother on Instagram to prove he and Camila Cabello are together.
Impersonating the Canadian pop heartthrob’s mother Karen Rayment the user addressed Camila Cabello dating rumours by dropping a comment on Camila’s behind-the-scenes video of the duo’s sexy new video for “Senorita.”

Fans were in a frenzy over the above clip leaving heart comments everywhere but it was fake Karen’s comment that got everyone talking.
The unidentified user simply left two emoji’s on the visual, one being the loved up couple emoji and the other a simple pink heart.
And it didn’t stop there as the mother impersonator of the “In My Blood” singer went on to answer a fan who demanded the duo get together.
The fan in question wrote “please tell them to date” to which faux-Karen responded with yet another emoji – this time the cheeky monkey.
People are really dying for the duo to get together…
It all fits into the current fan theory frenzy since Camila Cabello reportedly split with 32-year-old British dating coach Matthew Hussey after 18 months together.
The former Fifth Harmony and “If I Can’t Have You” hit-maker have yet to respond to all the rumours but have been besties ever since the release of hit 2015 collaboration “I Know What You Did Last Summer.”
For now, we can just froth over their steamy PDA in their steamy new video:
