We have speculated over and over and over again about whether or not Hailey Baldwin and Shawn Mendes are dating.
But now, Shawn is clearing the air for us.
When Shawn posted the above photo on Instagram, many fans thought it was a confirmation that they were dating, but in fact, they’re just friends.
“We’re really good friends,” he told NRJ radio in Norway yesterday. “Hailey said she wished she could post the photo without the Internet exploding. Then I said, ‘You know what, I’m just gonna do it!’”
“Suddenly we were ‘confirmed,’” he added.
Lol. True though (#guilty).
So there it is. Shawn and Hailey are just friends! And we’re so happy about that.
