Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin have officially walked the 2018 Met Gala red carpet together, as we reported earlier below…

Oh my lordy lord. As you know, today is the 2018 Met Gala, and although we’re already keen AF to see the outfits, we’ve just heard some biiiig news.
Us Weekly just reported that Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin – rumoured couple – will be walking the event together for the red carpet.
Wouldn’t that be huge?
Fans have been speculating about their relationship for MONTHS, especially after Shawn posted the above image on Instagram.
When Shawn was asked about the photo in an interview with NRJ Norge, he insisted that they are just really good friends. He explained that they took it when he appeared on her show, Drop the Mic.
He knew that the photo would cause fans to think they were dating… but he did it anyway. Hmmm…
“She texted me and I was like, ‘That’s an awesome photo. I really wish I could post that without the internet exploding,’ and she’s like, ‘I know. It’d be so nice, wouldn’t it be?’ and I was like, ‘You know what? I’m just going to post it,'” he said.
Well, together or not. We’d love to see them attend the Gala as a duo!
