The Rare singer forked out a huge USD $4.9 million (AUD $7.6 million) on the mansion which was once owned by the legendary and late musician, Tom Petty.
Selena’s new abode boasts six bedrooms, two kitchens and 10 bathrooms over 11,000 sq. ft. of property, according to E! News.
The house also features a built-in recording studio, gym, wine cellar, massage room, office and pool.
