The Modern Family star found love with a man who was once looking for love himself, ex U.S. Bachelor contestant Wells Adams.
Since the two hit it off on Twitter, they have been absolutely inseparable and we’re living for it.

Now, they’re displaying their love with full on make-out sessions on Instagram Stories.
Insiders told People magazine last week that they have been friends for some time now and their friendship has recently turned into something much more.
“They’ve been friends for a while and now they’ve been hanging out and spending more time together,” says the source, adding, “They’re flirty.”
Wells also recently admitted that he met Sarah through social media, saying, “I’m amazed how smart the internet is. Because I just assume everyone on Twitter is an idiot, and then I’m like, ‘Wow!’”
