Modern Family‘s Sarah Hyland has announced she is engaged to long-time reality star boyfriend Wells Adams.

The loved up couple took to Instagram announcing the exciting news on Tuesday.
Adams, 35, captioned the above proposal video with “I’ll be Johnny, you be June. But forever,” Adams captioned the sweet clip. “🎶- Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors.”
Hyland accompanied her sweet social post with “That can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff ✨❤️ @wellsadams.”

The former US Bachelorette star and the 28-year-old actress have now been dating for nearly two years after igniting their romance in October 2017.
Adams currently lives with Hyland in Lost Angeles after moving from Nashville to LA to be with her in August 2018.
Speaking to PEOPLE at the time, the actress said that it brought them closer together.
Earlier in the year, she also opened up about her health struggles and revealed how her romance began with Adam shortly after her second kidney transplant.
“It was a really intimate start to a relationship to have to go through those hurdles at the very, very, very beginning when you’re just even getting to know a person” shared Hyland.
“He’s seen me at my worst. I think that’s why I feel the most beautiful in his eyes, because he still finds me beautiful after seeing all that” added the star.
