Australian’s are NOT welcoming James Charles to the country with open arms. That’s for sure.
The makeup vlogger is headed to our country tomorrow (Friday 10th May), however after Seven’s Sunrise posted a promo of him online, fans have been trying to boycott James already.
“Oh god, Australia. Time to bleach your eyes and block your ears,” one comment read.
Some were even planning on egging him.
“let’s go and throw eggs,” one person wrote.
Yikes.
Thankfully, James had his fans defend him online.
“Didn’t realise Australia still had so many close-minded and homophobic people,” wrote one fan.
“Wow imagine hating on a successful young Man because he challenges societal norms and your toxic masculinity? Can’t relate.”
Hopefully, James has a wonderful time in Australia with no homophobic incidents!
