Glee star Naya Rivera has been arrested and charged with domestic battery.
As People states, Naya was arrested after she had an incident with her husband Ryan Dorsey over the weekend.
Police state that an officer responded to a complaint on Saturday night, when Ryan claimed that Naya struck im over the head and face while walking their 2-year-old son, Josey.
“The deputy saw minor injuries consistent with [Ryan’s] statement,” the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office said in an official statement.
Ryan even provided a video of the incident which backed his story up.
Naya has since been released on USD $1,000, when her father-in-law picked her up, as WSAZ reports.
