The image obtained by New Idea shows Miley wearing denim overalls with her hand strategically placed over her belly.
Seems VERY maternal if you ask us…
Miley was out with husband Liam Hemsworth having lunch at famous sushi restaurant Nobu with her parents Tish and Billy Ray.
