A lot of drama has been swirling this week in the YouTube community…
It all stemmed from Jake Paul uploading a video, where he claimed that FaZe Banks assaulted his new assistant, Meg Zelly.
Shortly after, FaZe uploaded his rebuttal, with girlfriend Alissa Violet confessing that Jake Paul used to physically assault her.
Woah.
After that, Jake lost over 60,000 subscribers, and now one of his Team 10 members has quit, to go defend FaZe Banks against the allegations.
In a new video titled “PROOF I’M INNOCENT,” FaZe interviews Max, as he was at Warwick when the supposed ‘assault’ went down.
He is the same guy that FaZe was certain was feeding him drinks all night.
In the video, Max confirms that whatever happened between FaZe and Meg was an accident, and that he definitely didn’t cheat on Alissa that night.
“I believe that, if anything, you accidentally bumped into her. I can’t explain the bruise and she’s my best friend for seven years so it’s so hard for me to say this. But the way I saw you that night, I don’t see how it’s a possibility that you went from this nice guy who came over and gave me a hug someone who started swinging at her afterward.”
Jake has uploaded his own video saying he wants to meet with FaZe and Alissa in person to sort everything out, but, at the end of FaZe’s video, he reveals that he will be suing Team 10 for defamation.
