The pair had planned to move in together, but that’s now been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lizzie explained to her Instagram followers that she has prior work commitments in Sydney, while Seb has been isolating in South Australia, and can’t move right now.

“People are like, ‘Why are you not at Seb’s place?’ I was there last week but got a phone call that I had to be in Sydney for work. So I left South Australia. I’m now in quarantine. I have to do my work thing and then I’ll have to be in quarantine again [when I go back to Adelaide],” the retail manager said.

“That’s just life. Coronavirus puts a lot of stress on a lot of different aspects. Yeah, it’s hard. Obviously you have everything to do with MAFS and a new relationship, and then you have to go back and forth. It’s hard.”

She added: “Seb was moving to Sydney, but that’s a lot to get organised and doesn’t happen overnight. He is based in South Australia. I thought I’d be based in Adelaide for the time being but my work stuff is in New South Wales. Coronavirus has [had] a huge effect on a lot of people.”

While Lizzie didn’t explain what her “work” in Sydney is, there are rumours that she has scored a new TV gig with the Nine Network, as New Idea insiders say that she has been spotted in their studios.

“She’s been going to Nine Studios regularly over the last few weeks to film with them,” a witness told the outlet.

It comes after it was reported that Lizzie made a huge $100,000 from Nine to appear on the second season of MAFS. However, while ex-friend and former castmate Cyrell Paule called BS on the payout, she did predict that Lizzie’s return was a deal for Lizzie to get extra work with the network in the future.

“She always told me that at the end of MAFS, she wanted a potential gig with Channel Nine. It has worked in her favour and that’s why she’s returning. Seb wants a career with Nine and so does Elizabeth, so they plan to stick it out, get as much air time as they can and then be the next Jules and Cam.”

She continued: “I also hear Seb is an aspiring actor so he is going to want as much air time. He wants to show Australia that he is doting on her. I completely agree that she’s fake and there for more followers.”
